Per artist, per hour. For a big crowd we bring more artists and apprentices so lines stay short. Tell us your headcount and program length and we'll suggest a crew size in the quote.

Kinga Johnson founded the company and paints the guest illustrations at your event herself. The photo booth comes from our sister brand 7/7 Photo Booths, and the balloon team from Let's Twist Again.

FAQ
What corporate planners ask
Are you insured?
Yes. Every booking is covered by liability insurance, and we can send a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue or organization. Just ask for it in the procurement notes on the quote form.
Can you work with our purchasing or invoicing process?
Yes. We can provide a W-9 and are set up for 1099 reporting, we accept purchase orders, we can invoice on Net-30 terms, and we take payment by ACH. Add your vendor or PO requirements to the procurement notes on the quote form.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, and credit card, plus ACH for invoiced company bookings.
Do you require a contract?
We only sign a contract if your venue or organization needs one; otherwise we arrange the details by email.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on headcount, event length, and which services you book, so we quote each event in writing after we know your date and details. Expect a reply within 1-2 business days. For face painting and balloon twisting, apprentice artists are available at lower rates.
How far in advance should we book?
Book as soon as you have a date. Weekends fill up fast, especially in the holiday-party season. We do take last-minute bookings when we're available.
Do you charge for travel?
Every booking includes 30 minutes of round-trip travel from Sun Prairie, WI. Beyond that, travel time is billed at the artist's hourly rate. We're happy to travel farther, and any extra travel time is included in your quote.
What do you need from us at the venue?
We bring everything: a table, chair, supplies, and signs. You provide open space with good lighting, and for outdoor events, ideally some shade. A face painting station needs about a 5x5 ft area. The DJ needs a standard 20A circuit, and outdoors a covered, weather-protected spot.
Can you match our brand?
Yes, in a few places. Photo booth prints use a custom template designed around your event, and a hand-painted backdrop or mural can carry your colors and logo.
Do you have options for adult-only events?
Yes. Grown Up Glam brings metallic and high-glitter face and body art to galas, receptions, and year-end parties, and glitter tattoos are popular with adults too. Guest illustrations, a photo booth, and a DJ round out a formal evening.
